'weborb.art' includes many products shipping from specific locations (Los Angeles, CA - Charlotte, NC - Tijuana, Mexico - Riga, Latvia - Amakusa, Japan - Bristbane, Australia - Victoria, Australia - And Soon Toronto, Canada)  all around the world. And each product has unique shipping details. You can filter the products by using tags. Then you can see which products will be shipped by location. Please make your choice based on locations. If you are unsure about the product and the location of the product, please contact us before purchasing. We will inform you ASAP.

 

Fulfillment

It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.

You can return the product within 14 days of receiving it. We will send you a return label and you will receive a refund* minus a shipping and handling fee. *Returns are applicable only for domestic orders. International orders are final sale. Please email support@weborb.art and provide your full name, order number and reason for your return and we’d be happy to assist you.

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID

  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order

  3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email

  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided

***If you choose the product/s you wish to exchange from your order, you might pay for shipping cost and handling fee, depends on your location and shipping location of product/s.

Once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled as it’s already on its way to being shipped. Nevertheless, if you email us within 6 hours after you place your order to support@weborb.art, there is a slight chance we can cancel it in time! If your order is processed and on its way to you and you’d like to return it, you can write RETURN TO SENDER on the package (without opening it) and have it sent back to us for a refund minus shipping cost and handling fee. Please email us at support@weborb.art if you’re in this situation.
